Day 1: Arrival in Ahmedabad

Upon arrival at Ahmedabad airport, you will be welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Complete your check-in and take time to relax after your journey. Depending on your arrival time, you may explore nearby markets or enjoy a leisurely walk around the hotel vicinity. Ahmedabad, known for its rich heritage and vibrant culture, offers a perfect introduction to Gujarat. The rest of the day is kept at leisure to help you acclimatize comfortably.

Day 2: Ahmedabad City Tour

After breakfast at the hotel, begin the city tour of Ahmedabad, starting with a visit to Sabarmati Ashram, the residence of Mahatma Gandhi and an important landmark of India’s freedom movement. Continue to the historic Jama Masjid, known for its Indo-Islamic architecture and grand courtyard. Visit the intricately carved Sidi Saiyyed Mosque, famous for its iconic stone lattice windows. Proceed to Adalaj Stepwell, a five-storey architectural marvel showcasing exquisite carvings and ancient engineering brilliance. Later, visit Swaminarayan Temple Kalupur, admired for its vibrant architecture and spiritual significance. Return to your hotel after a fulfilling day of exploration.

Day 3: Ahmedabad – Dasada (Little Rann of Kutch) (260 km / approx. 5–6 hrs drive)

After breakfast, drive to Dasada, located on the edge of the Little Rann of Kutch. En route, visit the magnificent Modhera Sun Temple, dedicated to the Sun God and renowned for its intricate carvings and stepwell architecture. Continue to Rani ki Vav, a UNESCO World Heritage Site showcasing elaborate sculptures and exceptional craftsmanship. After exploring these historical landmarks, proceed towards Dasada through scenic rural landscapes. Upon arrival, check in at your resort and relax. Day 4: Dasada – Rajkot (160 km / approx. 3–4 hrs drive)

Begin your day early with an exciting safari in the Little Rann of Kutch, a unique salt marsh ecosystem known for its wildlife and birdlife. Spot the endangered Asiatic wild ass, along with various migratory birds and desert fauna. After the safari, return to your resort for breakfast and some relaxation. Later, drive to Rajkot, a city rich in cultural and historical significance. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and proceed for a city tour. Visit Watson Museum, showcasing regional history and artifacts, and Kaba Gandhi No Delo, the childhood residence of Mahatma Gandhi. Conclude with a visit to Jubilee Garden before returning to the hotel.

Day 5: Rajkot – Gondal – Junagadh – Rajkot (200 km round trip / approx. 5 hrs drive) – Departure

After breakfast, proceed for an excursion to Gondal, a former princely state known for its heritage architecture. Visit the impressive Navlakha Palace, renowned for its intricate carvings, balconies, and royal artifacts. Explore the Vintage Car Museum, showcasing an excellent collection of classic automobiles. Continue to Junagadh, an ancient city with a rich historical legacy. Visit Mahabat Maqbara, famous for its unique Indo-Islamic architecture and ornate detailing.
