Day 1: Bhubaneswar – Puri (65 km / approx. 1.5 hrs)

Upon arrival in Bhubaneswar, you will be received and begin the city tour of this historic temple town, often referred to as the “City of Temples.” Visit the revered Lingaraja Temple, a masterpiece of Kalinga architecture known for its towering spire and intricate carvings. Continue to Mukteswara Temple, admired for its detailed stone archways and sculptural beauty. Proceed to Dhauli Shanti Stupa, a peaceful Buddhist site marking Emperor Ashoka’s transformation after the Kalinga war. After sightseeing, drive to Puri, enjoying scenic countryside views en route. Day 2: Puri – Chilika Lake – Konark – Puri (Approx. 120 km round / 3–4 hrs total drive)

After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Chilika Lake, Asia’s largest brackish water lagoon known for its migratory birds and serene environment. Enjoy a boat ride across the calm waters while observing the rich ecosystem and scenic surroundings. Return towards Puri and proceed to visit the magnificent Konark Sun Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site designed as a colossal stone chariot with intricately carved wheels and sculptures.
