Upon arrival at Gorakhpur Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and begin your drive to Kushinagar, covering approximately 50 km in 1.5 to 2 hours. The journey passes through rural landscapes, offering glimpses of local villages and agricultural fields. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and take some time to relax after the journey. Later, you may explore the nearby surroundings or enjoy the peaceful ambiance of this sacred town. Kushinagar is known for its serene atmosphere and spiritual importance in Buddhism. Day 2: Kushinagar Sightseeing – Drive to Lumbini
After breakfast at the hotel, begin the city tour of Kushinagar with a visit to the Mahaparinirvana Temple, where Lord Buddha attained final nirvana, featuring a reclining Buddha statue of great spiritual significance. Continue to the Ramabhar Stupa, believed to be the cremation site of Buddha, surrounded by peaceful gardens. Later, visit the Japanese Temple and Kushinagar Museum, which provide insights into Buddhist art, culture, and history. After completing the sightseeing, drive to Lumbini, covering approximately 180 km in 4 to 5 hours, including border crossing formalities. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and relax. Day 3: Lumbini Sightseeing
After breakfast at the hotel, begin the city tour of Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Visit the sacred Maya Devi Temple, marking the exact birthplace, followed by the Ashoka Pillar, an important historical monument. Explore the Sacred Garden and Holy Pond, both holding deep spiritual significance. After breakfast at the hotel, check out and begin your drive to Gorakhpur, covering approximately 135 km in 4 to 5 hours, including border formalities. The journey allows you to once again enjoy the scenic countryside and rural landscapes of the region. Upon arrival in Gorakhpur, you will be transferred to the airport for your onward journey.
