Delhi to Agra, Vrindavan & Mathura
This 2-day journey takes you through some of North India’s most iconic cultural and spiritual destinations. Begin with a drive from Delhi to Agra, where you will explore the world-famous Taj Mahal, along with Agra Fort and Itmad-ud-Daula Tomb. Continue your journey to Mathura, the birthplace of Lord Krishna, and visit the sacred Krishna Janmabhoomi Temple. Explore the spiritual town of Vrindavan with visits to famous temples like Banke Bihari Temple and ISKCON Temple Vrindavan. This tour offers a perfect mix of history, devotion, and cultural immersion.
Day 1: Delhi – Agra (210 km / 4 hrs drive)
After breakfast at your hotel, begin your journey as you drive to Agra, covering approximately 210 kilometers in around 4 hours via a comfortable highway. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and freshen up before beginning the city tour. Visit the magnificent Taj Mahal, built by Shah Jahan, and admire its stunning white marble architecture and landscaped gardens. Continue to Agra Fort, a historic Mughal fortress offering views of the Taj Mahal. Later, visit Itmad-ud-Daula Tomb, known for its intricate marble inlay work. You may also explore local markets for handicrafts and souvenirs. Return to the hotel in the evening. Overnight at hotel.
Day 2: Agra – Mathura – Vrindavan – Delhi (220 km / 5–6 hrs drive)
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and drive to Mathura, covering approximately 60 kilometers in about 1.5 hours. Upon arrival, visit the sacred Krishna Janmabhoomi Temple, believed to be the birthplace of Lord Krishna. Explore the spiritual surroundings and local temples before continuing your drive to Vrindavan (15 km / 30 minutes). Begin the temple tour with a visit to the famous Banke Bihari Temple, followed by ISKCON Temple Vrindavan and Radha Raman Temple. Later, visit Prem Mandir, known for its grand architecture and evening illumination. After completing the sightseeing, drive back to Delhi, covering approximately 220 kilometers in around 5 to 6 hours. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel or airport, marking the end of your spiritual journey.
