Day 1: Delhi – Khajuraho by Vande Bharat Express

Your journey begins with a private transfer from your hotel in Delhi to Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station. Board the comfortable Vande Bharat Express and enjoy a relaxing journey through the scenic countryside of Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh while travelling aboard one of India's premier semi-high-speed trains.

Upon arrival in Khajuraho, meet our local representative and transfer to your hotel for check-in. After some time to refresh, begin exploring the spectacular Western Group of Temples, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its magnificent Nagara-style architecture and beautifully preserved sandstone sculptures. Visit the iconic Kandariya Mahadev Temple, Lakshmana Temple, Vishwanath Temple, Chitragupta Temple, and Devi Jagdambi Temple, each showcasing the artistic brilliance of the Chandela dynasty.

If time permits, visit the Archaeological Museum, home to an excellent collection of sculptures recovered from the temple complex. In the evening, enjoy the fascinating Light & Sound Show, where music, narration, and colorful illumination bring the history of Khajuraho to life.

Day 2: Khajuraho – Varanasi by Vande Bharat Express

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and continue your exploration of Khajuraho with a visit to the peaceful Eastern Group of Temples, known for their elegant Jain architecture and beautifully carved sculptures. Before leaving the city, enjoy some free time to browse local handicraft shops displaying traditional stone carvings, miniature sculptures, paintings, and handmade souvenirs.

Later, transfer to Khajuraho Railway Station to board the Vande Bharat Express for Varanasi. Sit back and relax during your comfortable rail journey through the heart of India.

Upon arrival at Banaras Railway Station late in the evening, meet your driver and transfer to your hotel.

Day 3: Varanasi & Sarnath Sightseeing

Wake before sunrise for one of India's most unforgettable experiences—a peaceful boat ride on the River Ganges. As the morning sun rises over the ancient ghats, witness pilgrims performing sacred rituals, priests offering prayers, and the timeless rhythm of life along one of the world's oldest living cities.

Return to the hotel for breakfast before setting out on a guided walking tour through the Old City. Wander through narrow lanes filled with colorful markets, historic houses, spice shops, silk merchants, hidden shrines, and bustling local life, providing an authentic introduction to Varanasi's vibrant culture.

Continue to Dashashwamedh Ghat, the city's most famous riverside ghat, followed by a respectful visit overlooking Manikarnika Ghat, one of Hinduism's holiest cremation sites. Your guide will explain the spiritual beliefs and traditions associated with this sacred place.

Visit a traditional Banaras Silk Weaving Centre, where skilled artisans continue centuries-old weaving techniques used to produce the world-famous Banarasi silk sarees.

In the afternoon, drive to Sarnath, one of Buddhism's most important pilgrimage destinations where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon after attaining enlightenment. Explore the Dhamek Stupa, Chaukhandi Stupa, Mulagandha Kuti Vihar, the Ashokan Pillar Site, and the Archaeological Museum (closed on Fridays).

Return to Varanasi in the evening to witness the magnificent Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat, a mesmerizing ceremony featuring synchronized rituals, glowing lamps, devotional chanting, and incense along the sacred River Ganges.

Day 4: Varanasi – Agra by Vande Bharat Express

After breakfast, enjoy a leisurely morning or explore Varanasi's colorful markets, famous for Banarasi silk textiles, brassware, handicrafts, and traditional sweets.

Later, transfer to Banaras Railway Station to board the Vande Bharat Express for Agra. Relax and enjoy another comfortable rail journey through the northern plains before arriving at Agra Cantt Railway Station in the evening.

Day 5: Agra Sightseeing – Delhi by Gatimaan Express

Start the day with a visit to the breathtaking Taj Mahal, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World and India's most celebrated UNESCO World Heritage Site. Built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal, this magnificent white marble monument is regarded as the finest example of Mughal architecture.

Return to the hotel for breakfast before checking out. Continue your sightseeing with a visit to the imposing Agra Fort, the former imperial residence of the Mughal emperors. Explore its magnificent palaces, audience halls, courtyards, and royal pavilions overlooking the Yamuna River.

Later, visit Itmad-ud-Daulah, affectionately known as the Baby Taj, admired for its exquisite marble inlay work, intricate lattice screens, and beautifully landscaped gardens.

In the afternoon, transfer to Agra Cantt Railway Station to board the Gatimaan Express for Delhi. Upon arrival at Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station, meet our representative and enjoy a private transfer to your hotel or preferred location in Delhi.
