Day 1: Arrival in Diu – Leisure and Orientation
Upon arrival at Diu Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel for check-in. After settling in, the rest of the day is at leisure to relax and soak in the tranquil coastal atmosphere of Diu. You may choose to explore nearby areas or take a short walk along the coastline to experience the calm surroundings. Day 2: Diu – Heritage and Coastal Exploration
After breakfast at the hotel, begin the city tour of Diu, exploring its historical and cultural landmarks. Visit the impressive Diu Fort, a 16th-century structure overlooking the Arabian Sea, known for its massive walls and panoramic views. Continue to St. Paul’s Church, a fine example of baroque architecture with intricate wood carvings and artistic interiors. Proceed to Naida Caves, famous for their unique rock formations and light patterns created by natural openings. Later, explore the old colonial streets, showcasing a blend of Portuguese and Indian architectural styles. Visit Gangeshwar Temple, located by the sea, known for its naturally formed Shiva lingas. Conclude the day at Nagoa Beach, located approximately 8 km away (15–20 minutes drive), where you can relax and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Return to the hotel in the evening. Day 3: Departure from Diu
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and prepare for your onward journey. You will be transferred to Diu Airport, covering approximately 5 to 10 km in 15 to 20 minutes depending on traffic conditions.
