Day 1: Drive from Goa to Badami (Approx. 250 km / 6–7 hrs)

After breakfast at the hotel, you will be picked up and begin your drive to Badami, a historic town in Karnataka known for its ancient cave temples. The journey takes you through scenic countryside, offering a refreshing transition from coastal landscapes to rugged terrain. Upon arrival in Badami, check in at your hotel and relax after the drive. The rest of the day is at leisure, allowing you to explore the surroundings at your own pace or unwind at the hotel. Day 2: Excursion to Pattadakkal & Aihole with Badami Sightseeing (Approx. 70 km / 2–3 hrs total driving)

After breakfast at the hotel, begin the city tour of Badami with a visit to the famous Badami Cave Temples, carved into sandstone cliffs and dedicated to Hindu deities. Admire the intricate carvings, sculptures, and ancient artistry reflecting the Chalukyan period. Continue to Bhutanatha Temple located near Agastya Lake, offering scenic views and spiritual charm. Later, drive to Pattadakkal (approx. 25 km / 45 mins), a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its remarkable fusion of Dravidian and Nagara temple architecture. Explore temples such as Virupaksha Temple, Mallikarjuna Temple, Papanatha Temple, and Sangameshwara Temple, each showcasing exquisite craftsmanship. Proceed further to Aihole (approx. 15 km / 30 mins), often referred to as the cradle of Indian temple architecture. Visit Durga Temple, Lad Khan Temple, Ravanaphadi Cave Temple, and other ancient shrines that reflect early experimentation in temple design. After completing the sightseeing, drive back to Badami. Day 3: Drive from Badami to Goa (Approx. 250 km / 6–7 hrs)

After breakfast at the hotel, check out and begin your return journey as you drive to Goa. The route offers scenic landscapes, rural vistas, and a relaxing travel experience. En route, you may take short breaks to refresh and enjoy the surroundings. Upon arrival in Goa, you will be transferred to your hotel or airport for your onward journey.
