Day 1: Drive from Goa to Hampi via Gadag & Lakkundi (Approx. 340 km / 7–8 hrs)
After breakfast at the hotel, you will be picked up and begin your drive to Hampi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its magnificent ruins. En route, visit Gadag (approx. midway), where you will explore the historic Trikuteshwara Temple and Veeranarayana Temple, admired for their intricate carvings and Chalukyan architecture. Continue your journey to Lakkundi (approx. 50 km / 1 hr), a heritage village famous for its ancient temples and stepwells. Visit the Kasivisvesvara Temple, known for its detailed craftsmanship and artistic excellence. After completing the en route visits, continue your drive to Hampi. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and relax. Overnight at hotel in Hampi.
Day 2: Hampi City Tour (Local Sightseeing)
After breakfast at the hotel, begin the city tour of Hampi, one of India’s most fascinating archaeological destinations. Visit the sacred Virupaksha Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva and still active for worship. Continue to the Vittala Temple complex, famous for its iconic stone chariot and musical pillars. Explore the Lotus Mahal, Queen’s Bath, and Elephant Stables, showcasing the grandeur of royal architecture. Visit the Hazara Rama Temple, known for its detailed carvings depicting scenes from the Ramayana. Walk through ancient market streets and ruins that reflect the prosperity of the Vijayanagara Empire. Day 3: Drive from Hampi to Goa (Approx. 340 km / 7–8 hrs)
After breakfast at the hotel, check out and begin your return journey as you drive to Goa. Enjoy the scenic landscapes along the way, passing through rural countryside and picturesque terrain. En route, you may take short refreshment breaks to relax and enjoy the journey. Upon arrival in Goa, you will be transferred to your hotel or airport for your onward travel. The tour concludes with unforgettable memories of Hampi’s architectural wonders and historical grandeur. Overnight not included (tour ends).
