Day 2: Hampi Heritage Exploration

Start your day at the sacred Virupaksha Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, one of the oldest functioning temples in India. Witness the towering gopuram and vibrant spiritual atmosphere. Continue through the historic Hampi Bazaar, once a thriving marketplace for precious stones and goods.

Proceed to the iconic Vittala Temple, famous for its extraordinary stone chariot and the legendary musical pillars that produce rhythmic sounds when tapped. This architectural masterpiece is a highlight for visitors from around the world.

Next, visit the intricately carved Hazara Rama Temple, known for its detailed bas-reliefs depicting scenes from the Ramayana. Continue to the serene Achyutaraya Temple, located in a picturesque valley surrounded by hills.
