Day 1: Arrival in Delhi

Upon arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi, you will be warmly greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel. After check-in, take some time to relax and settle in after your journey. In the evening, you may enjoy a leisurely visit to Connaught Place, one of Delhi’s most iconic commercial and colonial-era hubs. The area is perfect for an introductory stroll, with its lively atmosphere, shopping arcades, and cafes. You may also enjoy a traditional North Indian dinner at a local restaurant. Day 2: Delhi to Ahmedabad (Flight)

After breakfast at the hotel, begin your city sightseeing of Delhi with a visit to the Red Fort, one of the most impressive Mughal structures in India. Continue to Jama Masjid, admire Raj Ghat, and take a drive past India Gate, Parliament House, and the President’s House. Later, explore Qutub Minar and the Lotus Temple, both of which showcase Delhi’s architectural diversity and spiritual depth. In the evening, transfer to the airport to board your flight to Ahmedabad. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.

Day 3: Ahmedabad Sightseeing

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel before exploring Ahmedabad’s iconic heritage landmarks. Visit Adalaj Stepwell, a beautifully carved 15th-century stepwell known for its architectural symmetry and historical importance. Continue to Jama Masjid and then to Sarkhej Roza, an elegant complex blending Islamic and Hindu design elements. Discover Bhadra Fort, a historic stronghold that reflects the grandeur of Ahmedabad’s past, and conclude your day at Sabarmati Ashram, the peaceful home of Mahatma Gandhi. Day 4: Ahmedabad to Kevadia (200 kms)

After breakfast, drive to Kevadia, a scenic route that offers a glimpse of Gujarat’s changing landscape. En route, stop at Vadodara to visit the grand Laxmi Vilas Palace, known for its royal architecture and elegant interiors. Continue to Champaner-Pavagadh Archaeological Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site rich in history and medieval ruins. On arrival in Kevadia, check in at your hotel and unwind. Day 5: Kevadia to Maheshwar (160 kms)

Begin the day with a visit to the Statue of Unity, the world’s tallest statue and a remarkable tribute to India’s unity and strength. Explore the surrounding attractions, including the Valley of Flowers, the museum, and the Sardar Sarovar Dam, all offering excellent photo opportunities and scenic views. Later, drive to Maheshwar, a charming town on the banks of the Narmada River. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and enjoy a peaceful walk along the ghats. Day 6: Maheshwar to Mandu Excursion

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion to Mandu, one of Madhya Pradesh’s most atmospheric historic sites. Visit Jahaz Mahal, the famous “ship palace,” and admire the romantic setting of its surrounding lakes. Continue to Hoshang Shah’s Tomb, a masterpiece of marble architecture, and explore the imposing Hindola Mahal with its unique sloping walls. Enjoy panoramic views from Rani Roopmati Pavilion, which offers a breathtaking perspective of the surrounding landscape. Return to Maheshwar in the evening and visit the fort area or local weaving centers before retiring to the hotel.

Day 7: Maheshwar to Indore via Omkareshwar (95 kms)

After breakfast, drive toward Indore with an important en route stop at Omkareshwar. Visit the sacred Omkareshwar Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas dedicated to Lord Shiva, located on an island in the Narmada River. Spend time exploring the temple complex and enjoying the peaceful river setting. Continue your journey to Indore and check in at your hotel upon arrival. Later, visit Lal Bagh Palace, a royal residence that showcases the grandeur of the Holkar dynasty. Overnight at hotel in Indore.

Day 8: Indore to Bhopal (200 kms)

After breakfast, depart for Bhopal, with an en route spiritual stop in Ujjain. Day 10: Bhopal to Khajuraho (250 kms)

After breakfast, drive to Khajuraho, one of India’s most celebrated temple destinations. En route, stop at Sanchi Stupas, a UNESCO-listed Buddhist site with magnificent stone gateways and the Great Stupa. Continue to Udayagiri Caves, where rock-cut sculptures and ancient carvings reflect India’s early artistic traditions. Proceed toward Khajuraho and check in at your hotel on arrival. Day 11: Exploring the Temples of Khajuraho

Begin the day with breakfast and a guided tour of Khajuraho’s remarkable temple complexes. Visit the Western Group of Temples, including the majestic Kandariya Mahadeva Temple, known for its ornate sculptures and soaring shikhara. Continue to Lakshmana Temple and Chausath Yogini Temple, each offering a unique glimpse into the spiritual and artistic vision of the Chandela era. Later, explore the Eastern Group, including the Jain temples such as Parshvanath Temple and Chitragupta Temple. Day 12: Khajuraho to Gwalior and Agra

After breakfast, begin your drive to Gwalior, a city known for its strong historical and royal legacy. Day 13: Agra Sightseeing and Departure to Delhi

Start early with a sunrise visit to the Taj Mahal, when the monument glows beautifully in the soft morning light. Return for breakfast and continue to Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that reflects the power and elegance of the Mughal Empire. Visit the Tomb of Itimad-ud-Daulah, often called the Baby Taj, admired for its delicate marble inlay work. After sightseeing, drive back to Delhi, enjoying the countryside en route. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the airport or your preferred drop point, concluding your imperial journey through India
