Majestic Wildlife Tour from Jabalpur to Kanha National Park

Day 1: Arrive Jabalpur – Drive to Kanha National Park (170 km / approx. 4–5 hrs) – Evening Experience

Upon arrival at Jabalpur Airport, you will be warmly received by our representative and begin your scenic drive to Kanha National Park, passing through rural landscapes, forests, and tribal villages of Madhya Pradesh. The journey gradually transitions into dense sal forests, building anticipation for your wildlife adventure.

Upon arrival in Kanha, check in at your wildlife lodge and take time to relax amidst the serene jungle surroundings. After lunch (depending on arrival time), you may enjoy the lodge’s natural setting or take a short guided nature walk within the property.

In the evening, proceed for a buffer zone / night safari (subject to forest permissions), offering a rare opportunity to explore the nocturnal side of the jungle. Accompanied by a trained naturalist, look out for creatures such as civets, hyenas, owls, and possibly leopards. Return to the lodge for dinner. Overnight at wildlife resort.

Day 2: Full Day Jungle Safari Experience in Kanha

Early morning wake-up call with tea/coffee, followed by departure for your morning jeep safari, the best time for wildlife sightings. Enter the core zone of Kanha National Park with your expert naturalist and explore its diverse terrain of grasslands, bamboo forests, and water bodies.

Track wildlife such as the majestic Bengal tiger, Indian leopard, wild dogs (dhole), sloth bear, and the rare Barasingha (swamp deer), which is unique to Kanha. The park is also a paradise for bird lovers, with over 300 species including eagles, hornbills, and kingfishers.

After the safari, return to your lodge for breakfast and relaxation. Spend the midday at leisure enjoying lodge facilities, observing birdlife, or simply unwinding in nature.

In the afternoon, embark on another jeep safari, exploring a different zone of the park to maximize wildlife sightings and photographic opportunities. The changing light enhances the beauty of the forest, offering a completely different perspective.

Return to the lodge by evening, followed by dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Morning Safari – Drive to Jabalpur (170 km / approx. 4–5 hrs) – Departure

Early morning, proceed for your final jeep safari in Kanha National Park. This last exploration offers another chance to witness the wilderness awakening—mist rising over meadows, alarm calls echoing through forests, and predators returning from night hunts.

After the safari, return to the lodge for breakfast and check-out. Later, begin your drive back to Jabalpur, enjoying the scenic countryside one last time.

Upon arrival, transfer to Jabalpur Airport for your onward journey. Your wildlife experience concludes with unforgettable memories of Kanha’s rich biodiversity and thrilling safaris.
