Day 1: Arrival in Mumbai

Upon arrival at Mumbai airport, you will be warmly received and transferred to your hotel. After check-in, take time to relax and recover from your journey. Later, begin exploring Mumbai with a visit to the Prince of Wales Museum (Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya), showcasing an impressive collection of art and historical artifacts. Continue to Colaba Causeway, a vibrant street market perfect for local shopping. In the evening, enjoy a scenic walk along Marine Drive, offering beautiful sunset views over the Arabian Sea. Return to your hotel for overnight stay in Mumbai.


Day 2: Mumbai Sightseeing

After breakfast at the hotel, begin a full-day city tour. Visit the iconic Gateway of India and later take a ferry ride to Elephanta Caves, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for rock-cut sculptures dedicated to Lord Shiva. Return to the city and explore Kala Ghoda art district and drive past Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus. Visit Crawford Market to experience local life and shopping. Enjoy a drive along Marine Drive and visit Hanging Gardens for panoramic views. Return to your hotel. Overnight at hotel in Mumbai.


Day 3: Mumbai to Nashik (170 kms / 4 hrs approx)

After breakfast, drive to Nashik (170 kms / approx. 4 hrs). On arrival, check in at your hotel. Begin your visit with Trimbakeshwar Temple, one of the sacred Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva. Later, visit Panchvati area including Sita Gufa and Kalaram Temple, both deeply associated with the Ramayana. In the afternoon, visit Sula Vineyards for a guided tour and wine tasting experience. Day 4: Nashik to Aurangabad (170 kms / 4 hrs approx)

After breakfast, drive to Aurangabad (170 kms / approx. 4 hrs). Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and relax. Later, begin the city tour with a visit to Bibi Ka Maqbara, often referred to as the “Mini Taj Mahal.” Continue to Aurangabad Caves, showcasing early Buddhist architecture. Day 5: Aurangabad – Ellora Excursion (30 kms / 1 hr one way)

After breakfast, embark on an excursion to Ellora Caves (30 kms / 1 hr). Explore the magnificent rock-cut temples representing Hindu, Buddhist, and Jain faiths, including the world-famous Kailasa Temple carved from a single rock. Visit Grishneshwar Jyotirlinga Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas. Continue to Daulatabad Fort, known for its strategic defense system and panoramic views. Return to Aurangabad in the evening. Day 6: Aurangabad to Burhanpur via Ajanta (220 kms / 5 hrs approx)

After breakfast, drive to Burhanpur (220 kms / approx. 5 hrs). En route, visit Ajanta Caves, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for ancient Buddhist murals and sculptures dating back to 2nd century BCE. Continue your drive through scenic countryside to Burhanpur. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel. Later, visit Badshahi Qila and Jama Masjid reflecting Mughal architecture. Evening at leisure. Day 7: Burhanpur to Maheshwar via Asirgarh & Omkareshwar (175 kms / 4 hrs approx)

After breakfast, begin your journey to Maheshwar (175 kms / approx. 4 hrs). En route, visit Asirgarh Fort, offering stunning views of the Satpura hills. Continue to Omkareshwar Temple, a sacred Jyotirlinga located on an island in the Narmada River. Proceed to Maheshwar and check in at your hotel. Day 8: Maheshwar – Mandu – Indore (125 kms / 3 hrs approx)

Day 9: Indore – Ujjain – Bhopal (255 kms / 5 hrs approx)

Day 11: Bhopal – Sanchi & Udayagiri (50 kms / 1 hr one way)
