Day 1: Arrival in Kota Kinabalu – City Exploration

Upon arrival at Kota Kinabalu International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to your hotel for check-in. After some relaxation, begin your city tour by visiting the iconic Kota Kinabalu City Mosque, beautifully set against a tranquil lagoon. Continue to the lively Filipino Market, where you can browse local handicrafts, souvenirs, and fresh produce. Enjoy a scenic coastal drive offering stunning views of the South China Sea. Later, visit Signal Hill Observatory Platform for panoramic city views, especially captivating at sunset. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.


Day 2: Kinabalu Park & Poring Hot Springs (Approx. 90 km / 2–3 hours each way)

After breakfast, drive towards Kinabalu Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its rich biodiversity and stunning views of Mount Kinabalu. Begin a guided nature walk through the park’s trails, discovering unique plant species, orchids, and exotic wildlife. Visit the Kundasang War Memorial, a serene site honoring World War II history. Day 3: Kinabatangan River Wildlife Cruise & Labuk Bay Proboscis Monkey Sanctuary

Start your day early with a transfer for a wildlife river cruise along the Kinabatangan River, one of Borneo’s richest ecosystems. Cruise through dense mangroves and rainforest habitats while spotting wildlife such as proboscis monkeys, orangutans, pygmy elephants, hornbills, and crocodiles. The calm river journey provides excellent photography opportunities and a chance to observe animals in their natural environment.
