Day Tour: Delhi Sightseeing (Approx. 40–50 km / 7–8 hrs total drive)

Begin your day with a pick-up from your hotel in Delhi at around 9:00 AM and start your exploration of the capital city. Drive towards Old Delhi and begin the city tour with a visit to the iconic Red Fort (closed on Mondays), a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its massive red sandstone walls and historic significance as the main residence of Mughal emperors. Explore the impressive structures within the complex, including audience halls and royal pavilions, while learning about its rich past.

Continue to the grand Jama Masjid, one of the largest mosques in India. Admire its vast courtyard, intricate design, and towering minarets. From here, enjoy a rickshaw ride through the bustling lanes of Chandni Chowk, where narrow streets, colorful shops, and street food stalls create a lively and unforgettable atmosphere.

Next, drive to Raj Ghat, the memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi, set amidst peaceful gardens. Continue your journey to New Delhi and visit India Gate, a prominent war memorial surrounded by landscaped lawns. Pause for photographs and a brief walk around the area.
