Day 1: Arrival in Mumbai

Upon arrival in Mumbai, you will be welcomed by our representative and transferred to your hotel. After check-in, take time to relax and unwind after your journey. Mumbai, a dynamic coastal metropolis, offers a fascinating blend of colonial architecture, modern skyline, and vibrant street life. If time permits, step out for a gentle introduction to the city with a walk along Marine Drive, where the Arabian Sea and city lights create a captivating setting. You may also explore nearby cafés or local markets to soak in the city’s energy. Overnight at hotel in Mumbai.


Day 2: Mumbai – Elephanta Caves – City Tour

After breakfast, begin the city tour of Mumbai, starting with iconic landmarks such as the Gateway of India, Prince of Wales Museum, and the historic Colaba district. Continue along Marine Drive and visit Dhobi Ghat, offering a glimpse into Mumbai’s unique local life. Later, proceed for a ferry ride to Elephanta Island, enjoying scenic views of the harbor.

Explore the ancient Elephanta Caves, a UNESCO World Heritage site featuring magnificent rock-cut temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. Day 3: Mumbai – Nashik – Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga – Panchvati (170 kms / 4–5 hrs)

After breakfast, drive to Nashik, covering approximately 170 kms in 4–5 hours. The journey gradually transitions from urban landscapes to peaceful countryside dotted with vineyards and rolling hills. Upon arrival, begin your spiritual visit at the sacred Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga Temple, uniquely known for its three-faced lingam representing Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva.

Continue to Panchvati, an important pilgrimage area associated with the Ramayana. Visit Ram Kund, Sita Gufa, and ancient temples that hold deep mythological significance. Day 4: Nashik – Ellora Caves – Daulatabad Fort – Aurangabad (210 kms / 5 hrs)

After breakfast, drive to Aurangabad (approx. 210 kms / 5 hrs), passing through scenic rural landscapes. En route, visit the magnificent Ellora Caves, a UNESCO World Heritage site showcasing a remarkable blend of Hindu, Buddhist, and Jain cave temples carved into basalt cliffs.

The highlight is the Kailasa Temple, an extraordinary monolithic structure carved from a single rock, representing one of the greatest architectural achievements in the world. Day 5: Aurangabad – Ajanta Caves Excursion (210 kms round / 5–6 hrs)

After breakfast, embark on a full-day excursion to the Ajanta Caves (approx. 105 kms one way). These ancient Buddhist caves, dating back to the 2nd century BCE, are renowned for their exquisite murals and sculptures depicting stories from the life of Buddha and Jataka tales.

Day 6: Aurangabad – Shani Shingnapur – Pune (240 kms / 6 hrs)

Day 7: Pune – Bhimashankar Jyotirlinga – Lonavala (220 kms / 5–6 hrs)
